A Taste of India

This website represents the work of a group of students from EDU 553 at

Eastern CT State University as part of our CultureQuest India project..

Each author has provided a link to their website that covers their sub-topic. On each of the websites you

will find a link to a Powerpoint presentation that can be used to introduce a curricular unit on the

sub-topic as well as a complete unit plan for a curricular unit on the sub-topic. Please contact the

authors if you have any questions about their materials. You can click their name to send them an email,

however you will need to edit their address with the proper email symbols. We have obfuscated our

addresses to hinder the many email harvesting web crawlers searching the web for addresses to spam.

Enjoy your exploration of Indian Cuisine!
